2 bunches beets
2 bunches carrots
1 bunch swiss chard
2 lb onions
5 lbs potatoes
3 heads of lettuce (red leaf, green leaf, boston, or romaine)
1 bunch spring garlic
1 bunch kale
2 bunch spinach
1 bunch of herbs
2 leeks
1 lb shallots
1 bunch arugula
